Mornings like these

Mornings like these

Miss Ainur woke up determined to head outside and meet the wintry day with everything she has. Before getting dressed she decided to wake up her little friend so they could both go and see what Father Winter brought them overnight.

These two are inseparable friends as they grew up together. The kind of friendship beloved authors are always telling us about in their soulful stories. One simply cannot be without the other, always scheming adventures and swearing secrecy to the grave.

They kindly asked me to pack them lunch as they would be spending all day outside, foraging greens to make garlands and decorate the house.

With such eager helpers I couldn’t refuse, so off I went to fill flasks with hot tea and pack them a roasted potato to keep their hands warm.

Ainur and Magnus will be looking for a home very shortly. They will be sold as a set as I can’t possibly separate them though all the dolls here are very sad to see Magnus go…they already had big plans for him to pull their wooden sleigh.
