Hi.

Welcome to my dollmaking journal. I write doll stories, share tips on this creative journey and so much more. Hope you enjoy your visit!.

Two Not One!

They are finally ready to find a place to belong to! Perhaps your living room, or your daughter's bedroom, perhaps a cozy den where your grand children will one day come and visit and rejoice in the many doll clothes they will be able to find inside these wooden boxes of treasure. Derek and I believe that these toys are heirloom pieces that should belong in a family for generations to come, and we hope they bring many hours of play and enjoyment.

These two wooden doll steam trunks, which we very fancy call them "Most Magnificent Steam Trunk", will be available via auction tonight starting at 9 pm EST and ending tomorrow morning at 10 AM EST. Both of them come with a doll dress, which will fit a Fig&me doll between 16"-21" tall, a removable wool collar with added corsage, a matching barrette, and a wee bog, a silly whimsical friend that makes sure the steam trunk rides safely and is eager to meet your doll and become a good friend.

So if you would like to check the steam trunks and their goodies, please drop by our Auction Store, so you can check it all out. The birds-eye maple listing is here and the Ash-Walnut listing over here. Thank you so much for your patience, and for supporting the work of our four hands. Good luck to those who bid!

PS. Baby Jill kindly modelled for us, but she is not included in any of the auctions. She is my daughter's baby doll, that I made for her birthday (last year).
