Welcome to my dollmaking journal. I write doll stories, share tips on this creative journey and so much more. Hope you enjoy your visit!.

Little Fer, by Fig and me.

This little monkey is trying to scurry away from me. We were having so much fun and then all of a sudden she is playing shy and hides and didn't want to choose fabric for her clothes. Well, some dolls are like that. You think you have it all figured out and then nothing, they change their minds and they leave you hanging. I think she really likes being in her birthday suit, that's what.

As soon as she makes up her mind, and she is properly dressed and ready, she will become available for purchase here on the blog, via comment style. It won't be long, so don't forget to come back! Now I must go and try to convince her to wear underpants!.

Fernanda is about 15" tall and made with my Little Fig pattern (not a figlette) although at this stage in the game I don't even know why I am calling them different names. I will try to take photos next to other dolls so you can see her proportions. But first: clothes.
